Payment FAQs

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase a travel insurance.

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

 

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Automatic billing is used to pay the entire remaining balance of your reservation via

automatic billing. This can be done with one credit card to cover the entire balance of

your reservation.

It’s convenient and free. Payments are automatic and evenly divided. No chance of

forgetting to pay, cancellation of your reservation or being assessed a late fee.

Yes, Kuzopa Travel will email you payment reminders the beginning of every month if you are enrolled in our automatic billing plan. You will also receive an email confirmation after each payment is processed every month.

Payments will be monthly on or about the same day of the month you made your first

payment. The number of payments is based on how many months there are from the

time you book to the final payment date. You will see your exact payment plan before

you make your payment

Kuzopa Travel online merchant company complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), a set of comprehensive requirements developed by the major card brands to facilitate consistent data security measures. In order to protect your information, Kuzopa Travel does not store your credit card information, but for guests enrolled in automatic billing our credit card processing company does.

When a card is declined during your monthly payment plan, we will attempt to charge your card two days later. If your card is declined a second time, you will receive an email to make a payment immediately or your reservations will cancel.

 

When a card has expired or if you would like to add a new credit card to your plan, you

can always log into your account and make payment option changes.

Reservation FAQs

Certainly! You have the flexibility to make reservations for any event at any time, provided that reservations are still open. Simply initiate the process by making the first deposit, and subsequently, you can continue to make monthly payments each month. This allows you to secure your spot for the event while managing payments in a convenient manner..

Upon making your reservation, you will receive an account summary outlining your monthly payment plan. By default, the plan is configured to automatically charge your credit card every month. However, you have the option to turn off the automatic monthly billing if you prefer a different payment arrangement.

Monthly payments can be conveniently made through various methods. While many of our clients opt for auto-pay, you can also visit our website's homepage at Kuzopatravel. Additionally, you will receive monthly emails concerning your payments, containing a link to view your account history and make any necessary payments.

In the event that your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to reflect the package price based on the new occupancy in your room. It's important to note that this adjustment does not apply if we successfully match you with a roommate.

Clients can expect to receive their itineraries via email 30 days before the scheduled event. We make efforts to finalize itineraries earlier, and if successful, clients will receive the details promptly through email.
