Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Napa Valley

– Morning: Arrive in Napa Valley and check into your luxurious four-star hotel, such as the Andaz Napa or a similar upscale accommodation.- Afternoon: Enjoy a leisurely lunch at one of Napa Valley’s acclaimed restaurants,  such as The French Laundry or Bouchon Bistro.

– Evening: Take a stroll through downtown Napa and explore the local shops and galleries. End the evening with a wine tasting at one of the nearby tasting  rooms.

Day 2: Wine Tour Excursion (Included)

Morning: Embark on a guided wine tour of Napa Valley’s renowned wineries. Choose from a variety of options, such as a tour of the historic Beringer Vineyards, a tasting at the picturesque Domaine Carneros, or a visit to the family-owned Castello di Amorosa.

 – Afternoon: Enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch amidst the vineyards, paired with local wines selected by your guide.

 – Evening: Return to your hotel and relax with a rejuvenating spa treatment or a dip in the pool.

Day 3: Napa Valley Wine Train Experience (Optional) $350.00

Morning: Indulge in a leisurely breakfast at your hotel before boarding the Napa Valley Wine Train for a scenic journey through the valley’s stunning landscapes. 

 – Afternoon: Savor a gourmet lunch onboard the train as you pass by vineyards, rolling hills, and charming towns.

 – Evening: Disembark from the train and explore the quaint town of St. Helena. Visit local boutiques, art galleries, and tasting rooms before enjoying a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant.


Embark on an immersive three-hour ride full of 360-degree Valley views, plush dining booths, and photo opportunities with your travel companions. The Vista Dome experience comes to life in an exclusive one of 10 ever-constructed 1952 Pullman glass-domed observation cars. It opens you up to a world of incredible sights and exquisite cuisine. 

Sit back on this picture-perfect daytime ride and enjoy a memorable mid-day meal as our expert team serves artfully prepared selections from our state-of-the-art onboard kitchens.

Add our sommelier flight tasting to your itinerary for an elegant feature, including selections from Far Niente, Opus One, and Beaulieu Vineyard’s Georges de Latour Private Reserve.  

10:30 AM | YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS

Your Vista Dome adventure starts at McKinstry Street Station, where you check in with our team and queue to board at the sound of a bell. Here, you can learn more about the Wine Train’s history, peruse the Wine Shop for treasures to take home, or sip a pre-boarding mimosa at The Artist’s Café.

11:00 AM | WELCOME ABOARD

Once your photo is taken in front of the train by our photography team, you board the train and take your seat in the immersive second-floor Vista Dome. This glass-domed observation-style car surrounds you with unparalleled Valley views from the comfort of plush red velvet booths and tables draped in white cloth.

11:30 AM | TIME TO DEPART

The train departs the station as its whistle calls out. The ambiance continues to build as you enjoy a welcoming glass of bubbly as scenes start to pass and you come upon the first installations of the Rail Arts District.

11:30 – 2:30 | BON APPÉTIT

You chat with the maître d’, learn from our sommelier, and enjoy the scenery and four palate-pleasing courses. After your indulgences, treats, and feast, you explore the train cars between courses—and even visit our chefs hard at work in our gourmet kitchen.

2:30 PM | FAREWELL FOR NOW

You saw the sights, you savored it all, and now your three-hour ride comes to an end. We say goodbye and look forward to welcoming you back onboard.

Wine Country Tour (Optional) $450.00

All day tour of wine country begins with complimentary sabering of sparkling wine, and an experienced host accompanies you on your visit, offering local knowledge and insights as well as exceptional service. This luxurious adventure takes you above and beyond the typical tourist experience – visiting off-the-beaten track, limited production wineries with the owners and winemakers, touring iconic wineries with living legends in viticulture and winemaking, and discovering cult wines before they’ve been discovered. The signature vehicle is a luxurious, customized Mercedes Benz Sprinter Coach, which seats 12 people, has 6’3” of head room, and large windows to take in the picturesque scenery.  This luxury coach is stocked with complimentary water, snacks, hats, sunscreen — all items necessary for a day in the Valley.

 Day 4: Optional Activities and Departure

Morning: Take advantage of your final morning in Napa Valley by participating in optional activities such as hot air balloon rides over the vineyards, cooking classes, or cycling tours.

Afternoon: Check out of your hotel and bid farewell to Napa Valley. Depart for your next destination with memories of a truly unforgettable wine country experience.

  •  Booking for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • All payments to Kuzopa Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Kuzopa Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

  • Your booking must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

  • Name changes are allowed with an $80 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

  • Past due payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Past due payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

  • All past due payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
